Privacy We maintain strict Privacy Policy in compliance with BBB Online, The Patriot Act (all versions), and all local, state, federal, and international laws. Word Pointe/CGI websites and pages therein prominently post these policies for the assurance of visitors and patrons alike, and are regularly updated with the processes and technologies that meet or exceed the highest standards established. Our corporate website transacts no actual commerce in areas accessible to the public, but affirms all personal information or identifications submitted by email are not used for any purpose other than specific communication sessions, and are not stored, distributed, or shared with any party or process other than may be indexed as aggregate data (X number of project inquiries, Y number of design submissions, Z number of issues resolved, etc.). All communications submitted remain propreitary to Word Pointe/CGI and cannot be returned.
Portfolios Word Pointe provides with every Quotation propreitary samples of our previously produced works for the express purpose of customer evaluation and demonstration of professional ability. Portfolios are delivered with Terms of Use which requires receipient compliance, and which also stipulate remedy for Word Pointe Property, rights, or damages.
Agreements Acceptance of Quotation from Word Pointe for described services necessitates completion of Production Agreement (a dual-recourse professional contract) to be properly executed by customer and accepted by Word Pointe prior to any work to begin, or for Agreement to become binding. Acceptance, Start, Completion, and Delivery Dates are all clearly noted in Production Agreements, and Terms of Agreement shall govern entirely.
Infringement All intellectual property (existing or proposed), content, systems, technologies, images, copyrights, servicemarks and trademarks are protected under US Federal and International Laws, and are vigorously defended by respective owners and registrants. Every instance of infringement or other violation are promptly referred to and fully prosecuted by the FBI and Interpol. No exceptions are made.
